I wonder what is a religious figure (Irinej) doing in a political venue? Affairs of the state and religion should not mingle together. Whats this the middle ages?

Cvetkovic is right that Serbian foreign policy was so succesful that EU membership is externally no longer contested. However the instability from within now requires attention. The former revolutionaries now tycoons, however not paying taxes may make Serbia into another Greece. Watch the mayor of Belgrade cutting his platanes, is an ominous sign of what might be coming unless Cvetkovic get this under control too!
