NS leader’s attacker charged

Belgrade Prosecutors have filed charges against Dejan Stojadinović, who physically assaulted New Serbia (NS) leader Velimir Ilić last week.

Stojadinović remained silent before the police and the investigative judge, and did not want to reveal the motives of his attack.

Remained silent? Yeah right. It's more like DS damage control as the guy is one of their hooligans. It is surprising that it took so long to file charges. I suppose the DS was looking for ways to get him off.

How many people think that if an ordinary person such as you or I had been hit in the street, that the attacker would have been apprehended and charged?

Its funny how the law can be applied is some situations and in others, its a step away from anarchy.

Still, one rule for the politicians, another for the rest of us...
