No offence to anyone but Palin is an idiot. She is the antithesis of moderation, curiosity for knowledge, and intelligence. If you have to write on your hand the three things you consider most important for the country you are an idiot, especially considering you could have been a VP and are considering running for president. Also especially since two minutes before that you criticized somebody for using a teleprompter, then you go ahead and read from your hand. Let me not talk about the hypocrisy of advocating less spending and flying around in Jets while claiming to be traveling in a bus, and charging thousands to people that want to be in your meetings. Let me not even talk about using your kids for cheap political points. You are offended when a democrat uses the word retard but are perfectly fine when a republican uses the word retard. Obama certainly hasn't done much but at least he's not and idiot. Nobody that had to transfer to 6 different colleges to graduate with a BA degree, and can't name one newspaper she reads even though her degree was supposed to be journalism is allowed to criticize a Columbia and Harvard grad, let alone a law professor. Obama even though he hasn't done much can fart more knowledge than Palin would ever have in her life or in 10 lives. Palin is an idiot of a different scale. The Palin scale.

We already had a D student that despised knowledge and intellect for 8 years, we don't need another one.

Ataman,

By now If I would be you I would be very ashamed of myself for having voted for Obama. The general disillusionment with him is growing by the day. Today there was an excellent article about him on Bloomberg under the headline "Man up, Obama, or make way for president Palin".
As it starts "President Barack Obama is starting to look like the second coming of Jimmy Carter". The article is devastating about him. But I don't waste my time to tell more about him to somebody, whose heros are such loosers as Gorbachev and Obama.
As for Palin, whom you are ridiculing (as you are ridiculing everybody you don't like..something very commun by Russians like you)she may greatly surprise you in the future. Her popularity is constantly growing. People like her messages in plain English and are realizing how badly they got mislead by the Obama-Pelosi-Reid trio. Just wait until the mid-term elections in November to see the verdict of the disappointed people.

I don't think the geographic location of Serbia would be any problem. I am sure Serbia could join the AU in few months.
(Joe, 12 February 2010 20:07)

Yes, that's what we have from people who vote for Pálinkás Sári, I mean, Sharah Palin. :-(

Who gives billions in aid and loans to Serbia? Who gives gas in the winter to Serbia? Who holds markets that can one day be made available to Serbia? Who holds armies that can threaten Serbia? Think man its not that hard to figure it out. Its all about sticks and carrots. Believe me Serbia will never be an equal in this game, and for as long as it supports the Russian stance there will be more sticks than carrots.

It is more realistic for Serbia to join AU(African Union) by 2014, since Jeremic made lots of new friends (to support him) than any other Union.

"I cannot see how an attempt to establish a unified legal and customs space in Kosovo, as was envisaged by Resolution 1244, can jeopardize stability. On the contrary, those efforts contribute to stability," believes Maas.

Now the Germans are being "creatively sly" when Mr. Maas says that a "unified legal and customs space"- which literally means "sovereign independence".....was "envisioned" by Resolution 1244. Please Mr. Maas....you are making untrue statements, which seem to be peaceful and benign- all for the sake of "stability". Serbs need to take a few steps back and re-think this EU "vision" that Tadic and Company (aka Germany) have deviously planned for Serbia. The European financial system may come crashing down soon and place Germany in even more of a "saviour" situation for many weaker and bankrupt countries. Economic domination (which translates into complete sovereign domination) has been the goal of the EU masters since it's inception. And now, many EU countries who are not part of the EU elite-ists, are desperately trying to find "escape hatches" from the EU stranglehold that they find themselves under- especially from the euro. Serbs be smart- control your own destiny and don't give in to subjugation and lies by those that have wanted to control you for over a century. Nothing is sweeter than your own independence!

All Belgrade wants is a plan they can present to the Serb people that makes it look like Kosovo is still part of Serbia. Give them that and they'll happily hand over the north to Pristina.

"When I think about the north of Kosovo, I always have before me Northern Schleswig, Germany's region of a similar size populated by the Danish minority. No one in his right mind would expect our fellow countrymen of Danish origin to stop their communication with Copenhagen" said the ambassador.
--
We have so many sweet talking Germans and Tadić's all over the place but their logic is flawed.

Look, no one in his right mind would expect our fellow countrymen of Albanian origin to stop their communication with Tirana.

I have no idea why Tadić and the sell-outs even talk to these type of people if they can't face the reality that Kosovo's status is not resolved.

However, Tadić's logic is lets pretend we are being fast-tracked into the EU so we can all be rich. We only have to give these people what they want but don't worry, we'll pretend to resist.

Maas conveniently overlooked one basic point: 1244 envisaged "a unified legal and customs space" in the Serbian province of Kosovo, not in the breakwaway UDI "state" of "Kosova".
