"Sending evidence to Montenegro jeopardizes investigation"

It is quite obvious that the pressure was exerted on the Montenegrin state prosecutor by some government high official, to overrule a warrant issued by the Belgrade Interpol office. The repudiation of the co-operation with Serbian counterparts means that criminal offenders may circumvent sanctions by having their whereabouts in Montenegro. Speculations swirl around that some of the criminal offenders are protected by Montenegrin Prime minister’s relatives. There are rifts between the two countries which cannot be healed if one party ( Montenegrins in most cases) is a rule breaker.
