"Serbia officially overcoming recession"

Serbia will officially overcome the recession in the first quarter of this year, says Economy Minister Mlađan Dinkić, according to Beta.

stop selling us lies, we're not buying. The Serbian Dinar (RSD) everyday keeps going up and up and Serbia keeps selling EURs by the million. The Dinar keeps inflating so much that I might just start a drinking game. Do you remember Dinar around 67 (2002) now it's at 99 ~ 101.

What a load of baloney. Serbia's economy is in a dire state. Too much corruption, no investment and inflated asset prices (just look at property prices in and around Belgrade, novi Sad, etc). Everybody wants to become rich without working hard.

Fantasy world. It's going to be a shock to many Serbs at just how harsh a true free market economy really is.
