Jason,

the word he was trying to use was expulsion not explosion.
(KOSOVARi, 29 January 2010 19:25)

I would certainly hope that is what he meant, given the tragic incident with the Nis Express... I was surprised that anyone would write something that extreme.

FM Jeremic is correct, the temporary government in Pristina is getting nervous and reacting in the only way they know how, harassment.

The word is frustration but the response is the same, harassment.

Yes, that "explosion" was pretty shocking to read.
Regardless, as it was written:

"The Municipal Court in Priština released them and overruled a request for prolonged detention, Đorđević underlined, adding that they were originally charged with unauthorized crossing of the administrative line and “false representation”.

In other words, your own court found the charges baseless. Here you go: the so-many-times-mentioned "rule of law", even Albanian did spoke and what it did was not what KPS did.

Ergo, even according your own court it wasn't really a kosher thing. Hence Serbian company is right demanding compensation.

More explosions in the future? You, sir, are nothing more than a wannabe terrorist talking tough from the US. Why not come here and try something like you threaten... I have something for you.
(Jason, 29 January 2010 14:08)

If you are still in mission and living in and around Zvecan and Zubin Potok, you are livings in the midst of worst. But, I am very sure you are back in NJ.
(Kosova-USA, 29 January 2010, 16:03)

Living in the midst of the worst in Kosovo? Please. This statement belies your lack of knowledge about anything to do with the north of Kosovo. You really have not been here I can see. Good. The people here do not need your kind.

The tactics Albanians are using to intimidate Serbs, will backfire in their faces. The EU has little time, energy, and most of all the resources to support these clearly confrontational acts. I can almost hear the slap across Thaci's hand. FM Jeremic is correct, the temporary government in Pristina is getting nervous and reacting in the only way they know how, harassment.

“suspected of working for the Serbian Ministry for Transportation”.

I didn't know the Serbian Miistry for Transportation was illegal!? Perhaps Serbia should arrest all those buses that take albanians from other parts of Europe through Serbia to Kosovo and Albania. If this is not harrassment I don't know what is. Albanians showing their true colors.

The arrests are not related in any way with the bus and its passengers. The people driving in so called official vehilce should relize that the noose is tightening for paralel structures. We will so more arrests and expolsions in the future.
I am wondering in which court the law suit will be filed?

The controllers, who were in an official vehicle which was clearly marked, were stopped near the village of Miloševo and taken into the Obilić police station, and then transported to Priština, after KPS told them that they are “suspected of working for the Serbian Ministry for Transportation”.
