In Canada, the province of Quebec had 2 referendums and I don't see why RS or Federacija cannot have the right to hold referendums. This is a law to define the rules defining referendums so its on the books. A referendum is a very legitimate and democratic right, doesn't the intl community believe in democracy? Isin't it fighting 2 wars in it's name?

Great move by Dodik. A nice, peaceful, referendum to show the views of the citizens of Republika Srpska.
Independence is around the corner. Republika Srpska will be free and never again, NEVER AGAIN, with muslims and croats.
They can stick together, they deserve each other.

the only referendum is independence that's it that's all this is a special case like they say about kosovo the people cant live together and it should be independent as soon a possible and next full autonomy in krajina and all Serbs to return to their Serbian lands then a referendum there for independence in the future and the same in montenegro since 45% are Serbs and they would want full autonomy in all of their regions i say this is fair.
