'“Serbia has yet to cross the critical boundary, which it must cross as soon as possible in order to strengthen the democratization, institutionalization and modernization processes. There is always a danger of Serbia falling back politically, economically and socially, until this critical border is reached,” Tadić said'
One can only 'strengthen the domocratization' of a country by ensuring free and fair elections.
Election procedures and results should never be tampered with, especially by outside actors such as the 'EU Elite'.
Political parties should be required to show where all their funding is coming from and the media must be unbiased. That's democracy.
