ha, now we hear albanian calls for stopping provocations; the biggest provocation is the albanian "independence of kosovo" and the ethnic cleansing of serbians from their homeland; the albanians didn't mind provocating serbia when berisha was coming without serbia's consent to kosovo (violating our sovereignty); in line with that, this enforced albanian structure continues with provocations against serbian people on their ancient soil, all with the help of the U.S. and other violators of the international law.

Serbian officials should finally stop provoking Kosovar authorities. There are clear rules of engagement and visiting procedures in Kosova for officials from other states incl. Serbia's officials. Everybody will be escorted out of Kosova incl. Serbias officials if these visiting procedures are not respected! And please spare me the nonsens "Kosovo is province of Serbia"!

"Columbia" is the District of Columbia, my nation's capitol. Colombia (with an "o") is what I think you two are trying to say.
(Jason, 27 January 2010 08:10)

You couldn't be more wrong Jason, Columbia is a University in NYC ;)
And it's not like the District of Columbia analogy would not work in our case, you nation's capital is not much better than Bogota in terms of crime and poverty.

Lastly the "Columbia" mistake is very common amongst Eastern Europeans since Albanians use "Kolumbia" and Serbs "Kolumbija".

So what you are saying is that Serbs who are trying to help people return to Kosovo are violating your law? I forgot that Kosovo law forbids people to return to their homes. This is harrassment! Nothing less! Those who don't share the politics of Pristina will get harrassed until they change their minds. This is further proof that Pristina has been taken over by the Albanian maffia.
(Hank the Tank, 27 January 2010 08:22)

Sir, you asked which law they violated, and I provided the constitutional law to you as per your request.

Now interpretation of the law is a whole other matter and you can twist the events and interpret them in whichever way suits you.

Let me repeat this to you one last time: Anyone undermining the sovereignty of Kosova will be prosecuted under Kosovar law. It's that simple.
Serbs are more than welcome to return, and that is enshrined in Kosova's constituion that, but Serbian officials doing Serbia's work and undermining Kosova's soveringty will be punished to the full exttent of the law.

You can continue with your comments about "Albanian mafia" or whatever yor imagination can conjure up but that is the reality in the ground and whether you like it or not that is how it's going to be.
You either abide by Kosovar law or you can freely move to Serbia. There's no middle ground.

Belgrade should cancel all kind of cooperation with them until Serbs can move freely accross Kosovo without getting harrassed by Albanians on a dayily basis.
(Hank the Tank, 26 January 2010 14:21)

Note that Serbs can move freely accross Kosovo already. Serb officials can't; they need a permission if they are there in an official capacity. If a resident of Kosovo is also a Serb official he is free to move as long as he does not act as a Serb official; otherwise he needs permission. The freedom of movement in Kosovo is for Kosovo residents, not for Serb officials.

Prisoner of conscience (POC) is a term coined by the human rights group Amnesty International in the early 1960s. It can refer to anyone imprisoned because of their race, religion, color, language, sexual orientation, belief, or lifestyle so long as they have not used or advocated violence. It also refers to those who have been imprisoned and/or persecuted for the non-violent expression of their conscientiously-held beliefs.

According to our legal experts on this forum, holding a Prisoner of Conscience is perfectly legal in the joke "state" of Kosovo. The sad part is that they find it perfectly acceptable. Sick people...

Unfortunately, all of this is allowed by Tadic and company to help the EU in Kosovo. Never forget that these “actions” divert anger from the Albanian’s dire situation and stops them from turning on their allies. One phone call to the EU by Tadic to tell them all cooperation is halted then Feith shuts up and no more “arrests” by local thugs.

That the government of Serbia will do if some Ministers of Government of Kosovo will visit Albanians of Prosevo and Bujanovac???
Kosovo police are just doing the job. No body will stop this Serbian officials if they ask for perdition. Regarding the humanitarian work, I do not believe that anybody from International Humanitarian Organization can enter Serbia without governments perdition. I understand that you want to think that Kosovo is part of Serbian, it is NOT. Parallel structures in Kosovo will be cut soon. We will be still discussing in this forum after that, like we are discussing after Independence of Kosovo. I think Albanians of Kosovo understand what they do.

Which law? Please specify? The only law they broke were being Serb!

"The reason for the detention was not given"

What a funny extremely democratic and totally multi ethnic state it must be where people are getting arrested without a reason given.

A couple of days ago Ischinger said that in 2010 it will be made very clear to Serbia that Serbia can no longer play games in Kosova. Maybe that's what he meant. I advise Bogdanovic to ask the international community to stop this, not Albanians. I'm pretty sure this is not only Prishtina's doing.

Oh no-Serbs are getting stronger not only on north but around Pec too.
uck and kps will have their hands full and colective coronaries come spring when regalia of Church officials takes over Pec.

The Serbian parallel institutions are not legal by any definition. There is not even room for interpretation. So it makes sense that bit by bit they will be dissambled. I hope that this will remain more less peacefully and that the Serbian criminals in the North will not give KPS reason to use deadly means.
(John, 26 January 2010 17:01)

Johny - illegal are structures of pseudostate of Kosovo. If You know - UDI was illegal act, who break Resolution 1244 - so all structures created by pseudoauthorities of this false state - are illegal.

What constitution, in a democratic society, disallows the right to assembly? I can go in the middle of Times Square in New York with a group of people and say "America is the Great Satan", that is my constitutional right. What the K_Albanians are running is not democracy, they want an autocracy. The minorities are abused by Pristina. Let's see what their overlords will say.

Believe me, this could not be better for Serbia. We are entering the spring off 2010 when the ICJ (all countries legal court) will give their opinon. Serbs, sit down in the boat, smell the fresh air and wait. Week after week something new comes up and do not be mistaken, the judges are following what is happening in Kosovo very closely.

All for local consumption to cover up real issues such as staggering unemployment, extreme levels of crime and corruption that would make the Mafia blush.

Which law? Please specify?
(Hank the Tank, 26 January 2010 20:31)

Article 2 - Sovereignty
2. The sovereignty and territorial integrity of Kosovo is intact, inalienable, indivisibile and protected by all means provided in this Constitution and the law.

Anyone who conducts activities without the permission of Kosovar authorities and tries to undermine Kosova's sovereingty is in violation of such law.

pre 14 godina

Serbian officials should finally stop provoking Kosovar authorities. There are clear rules of engagement and visiting procedures in Kosova for officials from other states incl. Serbia's officials. Everybody will be escorted out of Kosova incl. Serbias officials if these visiting procedures are not respected! And please spare me the nonsens "Kosovo is province of Serbia"!

PRISHTINA tighten the noose TIGHTER on Little Columbia!!!
(KOSOVARi, 26 January 2010 22:58)

Two points:

1. This incident was not even in the north of Kosovo, so your comment was incorrect and completely ill-informed. Try actually reading the article before posting.

2. As I stated before, if you are going to parrot someone like Kosovo-USA, do some research first to check what you are repeating. "Columbia" is the District of Columbia, my nation's capitol. Colombia (with an "o") is what I think you two are trying to say. Either way, you are dead wrong on both counts.

Deport them back to Serbia, and if they enter again detain them for 30 days, problem solved.

They can't because they live in Kosovo.
Perhaps you mean run them out of Kosovo.

Sick people...

ha, now we hear albanian calls for stopping provocations; the biggest provocation is the albanian "independence of kosovo" and the ethnic cleansing of serbians from their homeland; the albanians didn't mind provocating serbia when berisha was coming without serbia's consent to kosovo (violating our sovereignty); in line with that, this enforced albanian structure continues with provocations against serbian people on their ancient soil, all with the help of the U.S. and other violators of the international law.
