What are you going to do with 4 million. The West has spent billions to unite Bosnia and make the Serbs there to forget about their motherland. Hasn't worked, and this certainly wont work.

This shows you just how badly the EU is going to allocate only 4 million – I keep on saying that the EU is in financial trouble and this is the evidence. This is not enough to buy pens, paper, equipment and office space let alone implement a north Kosovo strategy.
However, this should be sufficient for 6 months worth of wining and dining for Feith and co! Like cheap washing detergent – all froth and bubble on top, but nothing going on underneath.

FYI: this is how much four households in Silicon Valley are worth. That's it. Except that significant part of that money will be probably stolen, I mean, sorry, "borrowed without short-term intent to return" by Snake & co.
