Does not sound like the overwhelming support that we have been hearing about.

“I expect that it will be in the interest of Priština to one day be a full-fledged member of the international community. For now, it is an objective problem, and without an agreement with Belgrade, it will not happen,” he said, adding “that the European perspective of the region must solve the Kosovo problem one day"
Acouple of things here, he expects Pristina to be a fullfledged member of the international community-that could not happen as a province of Serbia.
Belgrade will have to be in agreement and the European perspective must one day resolve the issue of Kosovo.

I think he is saying that while they do not support UDI, Kosovo should be independent with Belgrades blessing and any future in the EU depends on Serbia's resolution of the status.

Spain and Greece are in the brink of collapse, expect Spain and Greece recognition this year. Hail Germany and France, no further comment!

If that was the case why your compatriots are still coming to Greece en masse, even on foot, daily?

If all Albanians were allowed to live Albania Berisha would be the last one to switch off the lights.

Nice try Mr Espana. However, the ICJ has been asked (by Serbia) to decise whether the declaration was 'illegal' which means that if it fails to do so then the declaration was legal.

"But if you are unable to say that the declaration is legal, it means that there are serious doubts about its legality."

This sounds like verbal masturbation to me. Which then begs the question: Is masturbation legal according to international law? Because if it isn't legal, it means that there are serious doubts about its legality.
