Don't worry! One day you the albanians might get invited to travel to Europe as well. Only a few years since the war and Serbia is enjoying white shengen while albania looks on!

Perhaps....but it's now an open secret that Albania will be granted white Schengen in June.
But the question is when wil Serbia get SAA ratified ?...the one ratified for Albania for 2 years...And when will Serbia be granted Candidate status ?...the one granted for 2 months to Albania...

Perhaps may they one more time grant it cost free...from fear that your Milosevic-era politicians rise and come to power...usual tactic based on pity...

I can understand why Serbia wants to join the eu.. its about being included and the free money. But to be honest.. this is a club with more rules and regulations, and a bigger communist ideale than as ever been witnessed before.
Be brave Serbia and stick two fingers up to Brussels!

Wait a minute! Wasn't it just 5-6 days ago that even B92 was announcing here in 2 articles that the Spanish and many others are pushing the Serbian candidacy with full force and as a result Serbia can become a candidate in few months? It was announced with a lot of fanfares. Was it just a lot of hot air?

Looks like I was wrong - somebody was paying attention after all to Tadic's complaints at the UNSC about Mesic's "threats." And his immediate ruling out of the SG's suggestion that Serbia and Kosovo find some way to allow Kosovo to attend regional meetings - that was the intent, wasn't it, of adding "implicitly or explicitly" to the "Serbia-will-never-recognize-Kosovo" formula?
