Kosovo and Bosnia is not the same situation. Serbia can support RS independence and keeping Kosovo in Serbia. They were and always both be Serbian land! Serbia will not be hypocrites if they recognize RS and not Kosovo.

PRN, have you stopped to consider for one moment that if RS is allowed to secede from Bosnia it will be your best chance to have Serbia accept Kosovo's independence and for you to get that UN seat you know you want.

If you and the other KAs who inhabit this site stopped being such a petty a Serb-hating nationalist for even one moment you might actually understand this. KAs should be the first to cheer on the idea of self-determination. What is good for Bosnian Serbs, is good for Kosovo Albanians, and vice versa.

Mesić was said that he would send Croatia’s army to attack Bosnia’s Serb entity, RS, in case it called a “secession” referendum....what's wrong guys????

PRN, how many times have you said that you can't go against the will of the people? Kosovo is 90% Serbian-Albanian right? Well RS is also 90% Bosnian-Serbian.

I would have thought our Serbian-Albanian citizens would be defending the same democratic rights.

What wrong guys?

Unpleasant, as they might be, the facts will be what they are: Mesic would not be in political arena for such long period of time if his stance was not in agreement with the majority sentiments towards anything Serb.It does not come as a surprise that he speaks now openly - he feels safe behind the magic formula - "expressing his personal opinions", thus keeping the sacred flame of hatred alive. However, it is both scary and tragic to see how a human being can be reduced to a heap of impotent, now self-destructive rage in the face of the inevitable end. Rage, in belief that he did not fulfill his mission: to destruct. There is no more Yugoslavia, true, there are some medals thrown in, but there is still Serbia and Srpska! His time of power ran out, he is painfully aware of that, as he must be reminded of that fact at the sad sight of his own face. His only remaining hope now is his desperate call to his followers: "Keep hating, keep hating". Sweet, for the willing ones, but fatal poison, nevertheless. So,let him be.

I think EU and the USA will condemn Jeremic boy again.

I think Mesic pointed out an obvious and prgmantic statements. I think even Tadic should embrace mesic on this.

Mesic is defending international law. I thought Serbia should embrace and defend Int Law with all means possible. Tadic yesterdays wisely said that he opposes the break up of BH...so why now the little Jeremic disagree with him.

Time for the boy to go, as his homeworks are mediocre.
(PRN, 20 January 2010 15:13)

Ok, so its alright for the KLA and the west to disregard international law when it comes to Kosovo but it needs to be upheld when referring to Bosnia.

PRN, I think its time you ironed out your obvious contradictions before suffering from foot in mouth disease.

Actually Realist, in Croatia Mesic is considered a "moderate" who is not "Croatian" enough.... slowly but surely the world is learning about the true face of Croatia and it's unrepentant neo-facist political culture, of which Mesic's current outbursts are just a small sample.
Those of us who once lived in RSK can tell you plenty about it.

Interesting how there are no comments from the US, Germany, or the UK, who should be lambasting their friend Mesic for his warmongering and extremist comments as of late. I take it from their silence, that they agree with Mesic and are ready to start another war and try to complete the genocide against the Serbian population which started in 1941 and is still going on today.
Where are you now Biden, Milliband, Merkel?? Your silence is deafening and speaks volumes.

Previously, Borislav Stefanović said Mesić’s latest statement did "additional damage" to the Serbian-Croatian ties.

Well, it seems peace and stability in the region is a threat to some people. Mesic seems to be intentionally causing further damage when there is a real chance for Serbia and Croatia to resolve many issues dividing us.

The sooner he leaves office the better for the region. Josipović is the new hope for Croatia.
