Our radio host interviewed a reprsentative of the Croatian community Linda Panic where she refuses to take any responsibility, in total denial and even eluded to the three finger salute being there which as we know the Serbs use.

She won't even admit that they were Croatian even though they were clearly dressed in Croatian garb.

This article barely scratches the surface of it.
This was big news here in Melbourne. It was all over the papers and tv.

The Croatian "fans" turned up all pumped up, draped in the Croatian flags and clothing with the checkered symbol. They raised their arms in a Nazi salute chanting "Croacia, Croacia".

They looked like they were ready for trouble. It was disgusting to watch.
Last year when the fight broke out between them and Serbs, Greeks helped the Serbs a bit, the Croat blamed it all on the Serbs saying that they were provoked. Well, this time there were NO Serbs present. Who will they blame this one on? Their representative said that this was media beat up and refused to take responsibility.

Well there may be some negative side effects like the ones mentioned in the article but in general the appearence of balkan fans brought a much better atmosphere to tennis matches the kind you have and enjoy in basketball, soccer or water polo matches.I welcome this phenomenon and it is really more enjoyable to be surrounded by bred and bore peole instead of aging weekend tennis player office snobs with their artificial applouse and eunuch-like behaviour.Since this beutiful game will be more and more dominated by dinaric type people because of their perfect built for tennis and good mental abilities combined with terrific sense of ball and good fighting spirit we can expect a further change in the make up of audience as well.Mr Andersons and other boring minute people will slowly but surly diappear from seats and boxes giving ground to real supporters.

About time these low class illiterates were clamped down upon. If the rest of the world's fans can behave then why not Australian kids of Balkan descent?

They embarrass us all.
