Fourth death sentence for "Chemical Ali"

Ali Hassan al-Majid, a former Iraqi official known as Chemical Ali, has been sentenced to death for ordering the gassing of Kurds.

I wonder where did “Chemical Ali” get those nasty gases???? I vaguely remember that a recently departed Secretary of Defense paid Saddam Hussein a visit in the 1980s offering these weapons against the Kurds and Iranians. Can you guess who that was???? And the US can’t work it out why they are despised globally!
