I'm glad to hear that Germany is supportive of Bosnia-Herzegovina and its aspirations to join NATO and the EU. Bosnia will definitely need Germany's help in implementing the necessary constitutional changes that will allow the country to function efficiently and democratically. I hope more work is done by Bosnian politicians and NGOs to strengthen the Bosnian-German friendship.

If you are suggesting that BiH adopts a similar political/governance model to Belgium, Spain or UK then bring it on. The only voice of objection would come thundering from RS. If you were trying to draw a parallel to these countries and BiH then back to school for you. Thank you Srboslav for pointing out the discriminatory and absurd situation the EU has created. Hopefully, it is rectified soon so all Bosnians can travel unrestricted to Europe and the Middle East.

“Without changes to the Constitution, which would bring political efficiency to the country, there is no direct European perspective”

I suppose Brussels needs to abolish Flanders and the UK needs to reign in those pesky Scotts huh? Does that mean Serbia can not have an autonomous region like Vojvodina or Kosovo? What nonsense.

"She also said that EU visa liberalization for Bosnia is not on the agenda currently, even though Serbians, Macedonians and Montenegrins were recently granted visa-free travel. "

Very kind of you, but that is not a big problem these days, Croats have Croatian passports, Serbs now get Serbian passports, and the muslims in the emirate around Sarajevo can travel freely to Saudi Arabia and other muslim countries without any Visa...
