The conclusion is: there was no mandate in international law for the Iraq war.
Well, there was and is no international law mandate for Kosovo independce WITHOUT MUTUAL AGREEMENT BY SERBIA AND KOSOVO.
Time for Holland, the West and the world to face that fact!
