Mayor blames NBS?

From the article: "The Belgrade mayor told Belgrade tabloid Press that the NBS “profited well” from this situation, since the NBS bought euros from the government at the exchange rate of RSD 94 for one euro, and then sold euro for over RSD 97."

If anyone is at fault here, it must be the fool that sold at 94 to NBS if the same RDS could be sold elsewhere for 97.

Seems to me like the government is to blame.

The mayor is right.. and I'd like to add that someone should investigate the head of the NBS and end the corruption taking place that is ruining and worsening the lives of millions. Just so Mr President & Successful chair men can drive that shiny new mercedes or buy that 1000 euro / square meter marble for the kitchen countertop!!!!
