Croats not living in Croatia, anywhere in the world, are allowed to vote

Tom, it includes all Croatian citizens abroad who can vote. So essentially,it counts Croats in Bosnia, Croat citizens in Serbia (100,000 or so Serb refugees wo still have Croat citizenship) and Croat citizens living in other countries that allow residents to vote in foreign elections.

well wikipedia should do some population changes because it says there is 70,000 croats in serbia but it now says 30,000 from their embassy in serbia for this vote day
http://www.newsnow.co.uk/A/394257930?-1397 and why dont they include the Serbs from krajina since there is over 400,000 Serbs in serbia from krajina are is it because krajina is not part of croatia are they not citizens are is krajina separate ?
and the same goes for Bosnia here it states there is a additional 20,000 less this poll than in 2007 and in the wikipedia they say there is 650,000 croats in Bosnia but that is not so there is maybe 500,000 and again there is 200,000 krajina Serbs living in Bosnia but they are not included in the polls for the new president of croatia why? are is it like i said krajina is not part of croatia so is that why the Serbian that was going for president pulled out because maybe krajina will have its own president in the near future ?

Tom, I guess Croatia includes the dead, pets, and trees in their voting eligbility. Doesn't make sense to me either.
pre 14 godina
There are about 4.5 million registered voters in Croatia.
that also includes abroad because croatias population is 4,500,000 including all minorities so i am guessing that everyone in the country is over the age of 18 and nobody in the country is under 18 can someone please explain this are that must include all the serbs that live in serbia and abroad from the region so thats maybe why.
