Another example of K alb impotence. Where are all your supporters to help you solve this threat to your independence? Don't bother to look, you have been abandoned. Time is on Serbia's side.

One reason more to start a dialog!!
Only the one who provide the best service, will be choosen from the population. In western europe it is called liberalisation of the powermarket.
KEK,lets do the same, face the competition and provide quality!!!
By the way, KEK is not so unhappy, that Serbia deliver the power during this winter.

Let's do the math, if i can get 24 hours non stop power i will pay but not for spotty service and claim we have not way of providing power but please pay your entire bill yeah right. To do it the right way allow more than one provider of power and let the people choose.

On the other hand: UNMIK should deceide on this!
Remember that Kosovo is still ruled by UN!

UNMK did establish that KEK was the only legal entity in Kosovo years ago, that is why it has been the only provider for 10 years. All within their powers vested by 1244, but then that part of 1244 does not fit into your disguised nationalistic views does it?

So they belive that they are the only legitimate company.
What now? What are they going to do about it?
Start cutting electricity off? No they cna't because they don't have the "power".

Ron, free market must decide what company should provide the service -

I totally agree. The problem is, KEK is not the owner of “Elektrokosmet” EPS is. KEK is unlawfully trying to take over property and customers away from EPS. If KEK would like to compete for Kosovos market, they need to built their own power plants and power grid. Nothing wrong with competition. It only benefits consumers. As the article states “Elektrokosmet was founded by Serbia's state power corporation EPS.” So no mater of ethnicity, race, color, everyone in Kosovo should pay for their electricity to rightful owner EPS.

I demand a monopoly! wouldn't you?

I'm sure EPS isn't happy with KEK muscling in on their turf either. But here we are.

Ron, free market must decide what company should provide the service - the most reliable and less expensive. If KEK simply failed to provide the service, get out of business!

"KEK believes that they are the only registered company for distributing of electricity, "with jurisdiction in the whole territory of Kosovo"."
But there is no Kosovo state. Kosovo province is part of Serbia. So you should pay to the SERBIAN power company.
