Fair enough, my (mercifully) non-Albanian friend, but how precisely did Draskovic's embracing of nationalism allow him to retain power (if being Tito's speechwriter can realistically be described as "power")? The only route to power throughout the 1990s was the SPS/Sloba route - Draskovic enjoyed no power of any description until being invited to join Kostunica's government in 2004.

Sorry to disappoint, Milos, I am not an Albanian, or Croat for that matter.

Draskovic was of course one of Tito's speech writers and only embraced nationalism when it seemed that was the way to retain power and influence. Now nationalism has been declared illegal by the American Empire, Draskovic, true to form, jumps horse and adopts an "internationalist" pro-America position.

Vuk Draskovic can be accused of very many things, but being a communist is really not one of them. Is "Michael Thomas" a K-Alb engaged in a bit of provocation, I wonder?

US start praying harder because you’re going to need it. If belt tightening does not start now, well its bye bye time for US of A. Maybe they should invite Bill Clinton with his Bible, you know the one he used to clutch after her was caught out with Monica to seek moral guidance from the likes of Jesse Jackson – I would be rolling on the floor with laughter every time I saw that!

Two Communists and a Moslem going to a nominally Christian "Prayer Breakfast" at the White House.

The purpose of the visit, of course, has nothing to do with Christ and everything to do with these three publically showing their loyalty to their American Masters.
