Yaroslav: Ya and I heard that the Croatians will charge a toll of 100 euros for every Serbian truck also 50 for every Serbian car and 10 for every bus passenger from Serbia what do you make of that. I think they call it in the west free enterprise or highway robbery but I never could figure the difference between the two how about you.

Don't be bitter and anti-serb, Hans. The IMF will provide plenty of loans for such projects as Bar, because they will get more than enough back. The EU gives billions to lesser projects, like an independent A_Kosovo that will never show a profit. Try wishing Serbia well, it is in the interests of all in the Balkans.

And what is Serbia supposed to build montenegrin roads with ??? with what remains from IMF emergency loans ??

I really doubt it's in Montengro's interest to hand over its only more or less valuable port to a bankrupted Serbia whose current main concern is to prevent the even less valuable Dinar from shrinking....

The Port of Bar only exists to serve Belgrade. If the Montegrin leadership sabotage Serbia efforts to buy it, then Serbia will focus on Thesalonika as its main sea-port. Bar will them be empty and useless.

It is clearly in Montegnegro's strategic interest to get Serbia involved in building new road and rail links to Bar, but none of this will happen if Serbia does not own the port.
