Expert: Countersuit decision "logical"

International law expert Tibor Varadi has said that the Serbian <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics-article.php?yyyy=2009&mm=12&dd=31&nav_id=64166" class="text-link" target= "_blank">government's decision</a> to counter-sue Croatia was a "logical move".

It would be far more convincing if an Expert outside of Serbia were consulted rather than homegrown "experts" such as Tibor Varadi! Isn't it obvious that choosing someone from Serbia, to state an opinion of this nature, carries far less weight than a true International Expert. Varadi is not the person to ask if Serbia wishes to make such a subjective claim.

So should we ask the same guy who claims that Alexander the great was Albanian? Do you think he is enough of an expert?

I guess your Albanian experts should be doing all the talking because they are always right.
Let's see, Milos Obilic was Albanian and now Alexander the great. These people really know what they are talking about but Serbs are too stupid to know anything.

I think I can spot who the crazy ones are.

Yes I know all about independent experts. You can always find someone that uphold a particular stance, such as the bombing of Serbia in 199. International law did not allow it but the US found a loop hole – so much for independent western experts.
Any way what are you so concerned if Serbia has no case?
