Father alerted U.S. about Nigerian plane bomb suspect

We should all avoid US airlines for our own good. They made enemies all over the world and there's no reason why non-Americans should bear the consequences.

I am afraid to fly with American companies, or hang out around touristy places known for attracting big crowds. I don't believe that tighter security will solve anything: it might stop few wanna-be-terrorists create chaos, but it is not addressing the real problem.

US has committed so many atrocities around the world, created so many enemies, created animosity, killed people since WW2, that only way to build safer world is to start apologizing and building instead of razing and exterminating.

This would-be terrorist may have tarnished the image of Islam and due to his actions he's made it somehat difficult to travel to U.S.A.and finally if he receives a stiff sentence than his punishment will be his fault.
