And you know of course that VJ boot walks no Serb land including Kosovo well, becuase VJ boot no longer walks. I dont know about VS though but here's what I think can happen. Like resolutoin 1244 says we'll send 999 personnel in say Gsg9s to say, Ibar line? Are you fine with the boots and the line? Its a compromise for starters. As a sidenote with every bomb you activate in North, my Albanians you're speeding up what I just described.
Anyway, bah, everyone likes to operate freely.. but who does? So this minister better do his job and not complain. Work with what you have.
To operate freely in Kosovo? Very soon the serbs will have their own representatives in their new municipalities and will be able to govern their own lifes as proud citizens Kosovo.

You wonder why? Let me suggest an answer. 1244 allows KFor aka Nato to waste their money ensuring security in Kosovo while recgonizing Belgrade's sovereignty -- Bodanovic will call it having your cake and eating it too.
Commenting on the reduction in the number of KFOR troops in Kosovo, Bogdanović remarked that the province still needed a "robust international presence, including a legitimate military presence in accordance with UN Security Council Resolution 1244."
