"No rush with genocide lawsuit against Croatia"

Why is Serbia waiting? This is what happend during the war as well. Serbia was waiting fot croats, muslims and terrorist albanians to kill our people by the thousands before reacting. Now we are waiting for everyone to attack us diplomatically before we react.

What is going to happen the hundreds of thousands of Serbs who were forced from their homes in Eastern Slavonia and Krajina? They now live in squalor throughout Serbia and it seems to me that their voices are falling on deaf ears.
Shame on the Authorities in Beograd and those responsible for the crime in Zagreb and Brussels.

Regarding the topic, the case is clear. Serbia has no jurisdiction over Serbs in Croatia and can, therefore, not file a case against Croatia.

8 years the yellows did nothing on the agenda of the worst crime in europe since ww2 - except to acknowledge the fake state of greater croatia - and this scum talks about "rushing" and still hopes for a trade off with the ridicolous "case" of croatias suing ....

It would be wise for Serbia to submit the paperwork straight away....the way Croatia looks right now is not too good - particularly with Slovenia dismissing any/everything the Croatian government has been submitting.

Obviously the case is very weak for obvious reasons.
1 - Serb forces killed/evicted all Croats already.
2 - Serbia doesn't represent these Croatian citizens.

That I'm talking about most of serbs really dont have a clue what serbian propaganda did to them most of them really dont know what serbian military and paramilitary did because in the same time of war instead seeing what realy happen they will see in they state run TV some shows nothing have to do with the war so because of tha serbians are blid foiled when it comes to that and they feel like they are ones who being mistreated or being killed from others WHEN WORLD ECSEPT SERBIA KNOW WHO REALLY HAS TO BLAME FOR KILLINGS OF MORE OF 300000 PEOPLE AND MILLIONS IN ETHNIC CLEANING AND BILLIONS IN LOTING so really someone it will buy serbian story!! and about a real law suit it will come from kosova remember who is in the HAUGE is prosecuted for war in KOsova let me remind you MILOSEVIS and his army and police GENERALS and COMANDERS and this people they are not a case as serbia say in the case of bosnia or croatia we are not involved but hey in KOsova case those people used to run a state as SERBIA so I dont know most of them are thinking about or what are they smoking lately....
