Hopefully Russian nuclear technology can deter NATO and make it think twicet before attacking certain sovereign countries of their choosing like they did Serbia--- illegally "bombing her back to the stone age". Deliberately and evilly poisoning her soil and water from the bombings of Serbian chemical plants and other toxic industries. Let's not also, NEVER forget their depleted uranium "fireworks".
