Explosion in downtown Banja Luka

i can say this is a bosnian who did this.

This incident should be taken very seriously by the government of Republika Srpska. The government and police of RS need to look into who was responsable for this horrible crime. If it was foreign terrorists from abroad (Federation of BiH) the military of Republika Srpska will need to respond accordingly.

What a horrific act. I hope the police there find who did this and lock them up good! I wouldn't be surprised to find out that it was some kind of radical muslim from the Federation. I sure hope this won't mean a flare up of ethnic tenstions in the region, let alone all out war.
