Slovenia has recognised Kosovo as independent so what can they contribute to UNMIK and EULEX when they will have to take a neutral role there? Much the same as these organisations.

UNMIK is "status neutral" not endorsing Independence nor Serbian claims on the land. Serbia says EULEX is status neutral, notice EULEX avoids the term. As a matter of fact from day one EULEX has made no secret that they operate according to the Ahtissari Plan.
Anyone that wants to revoke EULEX's mandate may do so with a simple proclamation from the Security Council.
Slovenia is not bound by status neutrality in any task they undertake as a nation, even if it is cooperating or assisting UNMIK or EULEX or the elected institutions of Kosovo.
However if you disagree simply push a resolution through the Security Council.

Wow. . .Obama may be coming to Kosovo? You don't say.

Also isn't the World Cup being relocated from South Africa to Kosovo?. . .

. . .and the Academy Awards?. . .

What's next?

Of course. . .the Russians will recognize the theft of the Serbian province as will the Spaniards and the Chinese. . .

Followed by. . .yes, you guessed it. . .admittance into the E.U.

A +60% unemployed rate, rampant crime and corruption? No problem. . .welcome to Europe kosovars [sic]!

hahaha

Unfortunately then the alarm clock rings, you awake from your dream and its off to the pizzeria pretending to be Italians or the roofing business. . .

PRN - remember - these states have much more interest with good relations with Serbia than "black hole" Kosovo ;)
Remember USA - "we don't expect that Serbia will recognize Kosovo".

Slovenian MoD also added another 1.5 million euro for Kosovo's security force, we thank you for all the support you have given us, hope we can return the favour one day.

"above all the possible strengthening of economic cooperation, especially trade, investments and tourism".

I didn't know Slovenia was a big importer of heroin and kidnapped eastern european girls. I guess the albanians have something to offer after all.
