Some Serbs might think that the decision to apply for EU candidacy was the best piece of news today, but in fact this piece of news if far better. At last someone finally said it, I only hope it doesn't fall on deaf ears. Could this be the beginning of a more efficient administration and less bureaucratic Serbia? Well I certainly hope so, but I wont hold my breath... not with this government anyway.
