At the end of the day Serbia's main reason to apply to Court was purely to hold further recognition and...AND the most important to use the Court's Opinion as a justification towards the Serbian public for the loss of Kosova. At the end of the day it is not the fault of the current Serbian government but Milosevic regime.
Reading part of statements from both parties...HONESTLY believe that the Serbian arguments was very weak compare to those advocating Kosova's independence.

Secondly is Kosova a unique case or not according to international law?
Thirdly should a country be allowed according to international law to exercise terror towards "its own people" "within its territory".
Fourth, according to Res 1244, were Kosova Albanians banned from proclaiming independence from Serbia.
The Court will look into HARD FACTS and not what Serbs and Albanians would like to be consider as a fact.
