well, given that some albanians here were telling us that 60% of kosovo serbs committed war crimes in kosovo (and as an example we got simply the story that some neighbour was a soldier) we can fully expect more of this kind of arrests. albanians are confusing the word "serb" with "war criminal" just as much as serbs are confusing the word "albanian" with "drugs and humans trafficker".

Anyway, this is a complete farce and miscarriage of justice that can only happen in K_Albanian Kosovo - supported by EULEX. All an Albanian has to do is point a finger at a Serb, and an investigation is on. Whatever happened to evidence? How can you detain someone with no evidence? Like I said, only in K_Albanian Kosovo.

Dear Svojgazda,I personaly would prefer ( of course if a was under an investigation for anything ) to be investigated in Kosova like they are rather what's happening with the so called "group of Gilan" in Serbia sitting in prisson for about a year now with no other evidence but "believe","may be","we have video recordings" and so on,and if I may remind you what happened in your so called democratic justice with the Bytyci brothers maybe you may change mind.

Matthew please don't put words in my mouth all because I never said that all Serbs are guilty, besides,if it pleases you my sister used to socialize with a Serbian family in our former university hometown (Halifax,Nova Scotia,Canada) which never bothered me,all because, this Serb family I was told were a decent family, also, I had a personal & civil encounter with some Bosnian Serb man at some doughnut shop in my former university hometown.Believe me when I found out he was a Serb I was not scheming to get confrontational with him.Alright, to get to the point ,I agree that innocent Serbs suffered in the 2004 riots and I agree that it was wrong that some Albanians allegedly ran down some 9 year old Serb kid(s) in perhaps Kosovo some years back. For Svojogazda's inquiries I feel that making references to Albanians who suffered in the Kosovo war or crisis has relevance to the topic, also,in case if your wondering why I made references to some Albanian person who rejected me is cause I couldn't keep it "bottled in". I felt a bit better when I informed b92 viewers about that Albanian man or woman who was rude & ungrateful to me. The point is that I don't particularily like it when some Albanian(s) are ungrateful to me so Svojogazda whatever you do don't ask me to change certain beliefs of mine.Okay?

Nadeem,

You do realize that Serbs suffered in exactly the same percentage per capita as did the Albanians of Kosovo. (ie Serbs makde up 10% of the population, and 10% of those killed). Serbs actually have a higher per capita ratio of the missing and ethnically cleansed.

In addition, Svetlana Stojanović was arrested for “obstructing the police”, seems highly unusual she’s being treated the same as the suspected war criminals.

But then again, all Serbs are guilty eh Nadeem?

In case if my previous comments are confusing to some allow me to explain that just because I seem ambitious about Albanians doesn't mean I'll take them for granted. That being said I prefer Albanians of any religion that are polite and are a cinch for me to relate to instead of Albanians of any religion who don't have appealing characteristics. So remember if people are wise than they'll realize that I am not discrimating Albanians as long as I judge them by their character and finally I'm not changing by beliefs even if I'm criticized or receive poor comments by B92 viewers.

As far as I'm concerned these ethnic Albanians are still receiving justice. Also if this relevant to the topic even though I have never been brought to tears the few things that saddenn me are that many Albanians suffered throughout the 1998-'99 Kosovo War or Crisis and how some Albanian person on-line had the nerve to tell me that he or she and other Albanians don't need my "help". Therefore as long as I extend compassion & genorosity to some Albanians and as long the Albanians have the decency to be grateful to me than that should provide us a sense of accomplishment.
