Belgrade and 19 other cities in Serbia are facing a traffic collapse today due to strikes staged by taxi drivers and transport companies.

When are they going to towing these cars that are blocking the streets that are there for the PUBLIC to use! I got 6 tickets that I had to pay, just for parking in front of my apartment when they changed the parking permit laws. These guys can park where ever the hell they want, and the people who are supposed to uphold the traffic laws to protect the publics rights sit back and protect the law breakers. WTF? Quit taking away the rights of others so you can throw a tantrum.

I like speculating and I say that the taxi drivers’ strike is backed by some political party . An opposition party’s motto is how to use an appropriate device to damage ruling parties’ image.Actually, fiscal cash registers control cash flow and prevent money laundering . The protesters block the traffic, commuters cannot reach their working places, kids miss their classes, we are all pissed off. Anything that has to do with tax-paying is (lawfully) supposed to be mandatory and such taxi drivers’ attitude is totally unacceptable in EU.
