I agree with you Ataman.
Actually, I would go even further than the jail option.
Though I am not in favour for a capital punishment I would make an exception this time.
If found guilty I would like to see them find their end the same way the people they were responsible for did.
Put them all in the boat in the same river and make a hole in the boat so it drowns slowly.
