1) He is just a suspect, and as such is innocent till proven guilty.
2) That would just make investigation more difficult and help the perpetrator to "clean up" the evidence. I would not even publish that much, let the investigators work quietly till they gather enough evidence for arrest.

I think B92 should publish the names and addresses of people sending Death Threats, especially those who threaten B92.
