Serbia needs to fulfill its international obligations before it is permitted to formally apply for EU membership. The EU simply can not allow a country that is known to harbor war criminals guilty of genocide to become a member of the EU it would be illegal, immoral, and would tarnish the reputation of the EU beyond repair to boot. Serbian authorities know what the prerequisites for EU memberships are and if they are serious about Serbia joining the EU then they will have to fulfill those requirements and that includes arresting and extraditing Mladic to face charges of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.

Suppose a man had planned for over a hundred years to steal the first T-Model Ford that was built in September 1908.

That man kept trying to steal that car but could not for various reasons.

As the car aged, the value of the car increased, because it was kept in mint condition.

That man in 1908 grew old and passed the project onto his sons and daughters, who also aged and passed it on to succeeding generations of that criminally motivated family.

Many decades since 1908, the succeeding generations of that frustrated thief did receive the help of a strong criminal who really had his own plans to keep that vintage car.

Ten years later the thieves and their strong criminal accomplice are before the Courts but their lawyer says that the new reality on the ground.

The criminals’ lawyers say that the thieves have now been in possession of that stolen car for ten years, and so, under the Law they are now innocent of stealing.

The criminals’ lawyers further inform the panel of Judges that the stolen car legally belongs to the thieves even though the victim has the papers to his inherited car.

What the International Community wants to know if this ‘principle’ on steal territory is what International Law states in writing

The International Community wants to know if it is legal under International Law to declare one’s intention to steal property that belongs to others.

There are many people who think that a Balkans Conference is a good way to achieve a legal and internationally acceptable compromise to the Kosovo matter.

I am liking the Dutch more and more. They were blackmailed by Serbs in Srebrenica and now with the lesson learned they are showing the EU and the rest that the ONLY way that you have to deal with the Serbs is ACTIONS.
