The Dutch FM is on a fact finding mission which part of the charade of going through a process to justify decisions later down the track. So when they agree to “let” Serbia join the EU their high moral grounds will not have been compromised – ha! ha!

If Serbia says that Mladic is not in Serbia, than they should let foreign agencies to search him to prove that point.
Otherwise he is assumed to be in Serbia.
