Whoever has written these letters obviously does not fear being caught. It mentions the organisations they belong to so matching handwriting to the members won't be hard.
Why would anyone be so careless? I can assume that they did not wear gloves therefore fingerprints can be obtained as well. All we need now is a stamp which had to be licked to get DNA.
I wonder what's taking so long to identify the culprits. Can it be that easy?
