They are majority in both places, but k-serbs were threatened not to go and vote. If they all (k-serbs) voted, I am sure there would not have been run up election there.

Yes, this is true. Serbs of Kosovo were threatened that if they voted, leaders in Belgrade would use a secret "vaporization laser" which would disintegrate any Serb voters as they exited the polling station. I am glad Kosovo-USA made you, the dear readers, aware of this vicious and brutal attempt to deny Serb voters their God-given right to vote in the Peoples' Paradise of "Kosova."

This run up election were only in half of municipalies where there was no clear winner, and those were all 100% albanians.
in serb majority were won by AAK remember Ramush Haradinaj he won two out of 4 serbian municipalies.

'He said that he was content with the level of participation in the local elections and reiterated the importance of local elections in the decentralization process.' - Feith.
This is farcical and a total con job.
Mr. Feith must realise that forced integration will not work and this silly smokescreen of promising 'decentralisation' to Serbs in KiM will simply not work.

The second round will be interesting for Kosovo Serbs in the municipalities of Štrpce and Novo Brdo, areas where Serbs make up the majority, but in which they did not receive majority votes in the first round of voting for local administrations.
