According to human rights and ICTY Judgment against Milan Martic shows Slobodan Milosevic's guilt and Yugoslav People Army's involvement in the widespread war crimes. Serbs ethnically cleansed Croats, Bosniaks, and other non-Serbs from it's territory 4 years before Croatian and Bosnian Army struck back and regained forcibly taken territory. It also shows that more than 200,000 Croats and other non-Serbs were ethnically cleansed from Serb-held territories in Croatia long before Croatians Army attacked Serbs and regained lost territory in the Operation Storm. Serbian forces in December 1991 traine their artillery on the beautiful, historic city of Dubrovnik or August 24th 1991 Vukovar. The 1995 Srebrenica genocide claimed lives of at least 8,372 Bosniaks, while another 30,000 Bosnian Muslims were ethnically cleansed from the Enclave under supposed U.N protection. Googl it!

PS. and yes witness described the Army of the so called Serbian Krajina and the Yugoslav Army as one and the same organisation, only located at two separate locations.

Yes the croats never entered Serbia in WW2 or 1990s, because the Serbs were right there as their neighbours!

There was no Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, it was Yugoslavia, which consisted of Serbs spread out across all the lands.

The JNA army was situated across all of Yugoslavia including Croatia and Bosnia, you know why because it was the national army and it was in its own nation! When the war split many croat and muslim nationalists left the JNA, leaving a majority Serb army with some small numbers of loyal Yugoslav croats and muslims.

Therefore, the JNA ("Serbia's Army") Never entered the land, it was already there protecting its Yugoslav people living there.

Nationalist want to leave Yugoslavia, but you have Yugoslav citizens who live there, so the JNA goes to help them from the croat nationalists trying to kick them out.

What do you expect a nation to do, let Croatia and Bosnia run away with millions of its citizens, no? I don't think any nation in the world would let that happen, and there are hundreds of examples across the world throughout history to support that.

It is hard to ask Yugoslavs to try and live or return back beside Croats who have been trying to kill and drive them out since the croats joined the Nazis in WW2.

You have to remember there was no "Serbia's land", it was Yugoslavias land as a whole.

For anyone who is not familiar with ethnic composition of Yugoslavia prior to the civil war please check out the census map provided below:

Hell I'm not even Serbian and I can see this. Any person not blinded by ethnic bias who has researched the area can see how Serbia has been turned into an "evil enemy" by the US to cover their own ass.

You hope to cleanse Croatin souls? Serbian hunger for Croatia's land is not fair. And how you propose to defend Serbia—aggression when not one single Croatian soldier tread on Serbian soil in WW2 and 1991, while Serbian soldiers knocked down one third of Croatia? Croatian solider defended his own country and did not engage in war on Serbian territory. Serbia you are a most resist nation on this planet! We have learned two lessons from Serbia...aggression pays and the “new world order” is pretentious nonsense. Srbias land grab crime is lower then we as a free people can prosses. Yes its time for Serbia to pay for its sins.

The world thought that the fires of fascism were extinguished in WW2; sadly the embers are still strong in a remote corner of Europe called Croatia. I do hope they cleanse their souls of fascism one day and be made to recognize the sins they have done in the name of their firebrand and extreme nationalism. The Germans were forced to purge their souls of all their evils, though with the Croats it will take far longer and a far greater inquisition and chastising to do so.
