It would be an International Disgrace if the Southern Serbian Province of Kosovo i Metohija were to be excluded from joining the EU at the same time as the rest of Serbia.

"Same applies to Kosovo. Being member of UN or not will not change anything. At least is far more preferable to be recognized by the West then to be part of Serbia where an UN seat would be also not available."

Yep, until you become a member of the UN nothing will change. You got that right. You will stay in limbo and unable to get much investment into Kosovo.

Until this situation is resolved how many businesses will take a chance?

I don't think anyone is going hungry because of not being a member. Whoever is hungry now will be hungry afterwards as well.

I agree with you Mr. Kostunica, only one whole Serbia should join Europe, please keep this stance, your ignorance will lead to success for Kosova, Kosova does not have the same stance as you do, Kosova aspires to join Europe on its own. Moreover Mr. Kostunica, I would like to wish you success in your next elections. Because the kinds of Milosevic and you Mr. Kostunica are the true face and spirit of Serbia, for now you are just hiding your true self and fooling the world with Tadic as a front figure, with his peace and love and no violence rhetoric.

What you don’t seem to understand is that you have a lose, lose situation on your hands. If Serbias general policy would be the same as Kostunicas then you will never join the EU, on the other hand, if you join EU in subsequent years you will be doing that without Kosova and that would be as saying as that you accept Kosova’s Independence (and please you don’t need to correct me, I am aware of the fact that you believe that Serbia will join EU first without Kosova and that later Kosova will be a part of Serbia within EU, and as far as you are concerned that’s the only outcome, you are wrong on this).

I agree with Kostunica. Either Serbia as a whole joins or she doesn't.

By joining without Kosovo is admitting that Kosovo is not part of Serbia. Same as if Serbia joined without Vojvodina. Would anyone accept that?

Actually until Serbia is whole again the entire nation should stop eating, eh Vojo? That would be the best policy!

Then again since Kostunica, Tadic and the rest of us say that Kosovo remains inside Serbia its a little contradictory, isn't it?

So either Kostunica lost Kosovo under his watch, which is why it isn't whole, or Kosovo remains in Serbia, making Kostunica's point redundant.

Still, I shouldn't bait the man, he can't harm Serbia any more - particularly since his loyalist Veljo Ilic abandoned ship, stating that Nikolic and not Kostunica was the new leader of the opposition.

It'd be fair if B92 reported more on SRS than DSS, considering that DSS is barely making the 5% in latest polls & SRS doing twice as well.
