Zorane I'm sorry what do you mean hide, and honest mistake :)
I wont hide it, I honestly don't understand you.
Anyway we need very very tough rules and we need it in reality not on paper. We lose too many people. I'm sorry to say it but key thing about if this works or not will be good old fear not sense of responsibility or maturity. Will drivers be afraid enough to obey law? Will it cost more than they can afford and so on.

-All good and about time too. Hopefully the regulations will be well enforced and many lives will be saved.

I am not sure about leaving the lights on during the day - potentially it makes other hazards less visible. I don't know that there is any evidence to say that this is necessary - particularly given drivers can use their lights during the day if conditions darken. This is an extra use of energy and given that we have a major CO2 problem, I wonder if it is the right decision. (I suppose it means that the police day-shift can also pull people over for having bad lights)

I look forward to seeing much less aggressive driving in future. If there is not a change it will be because the police are not being effective. The police must be kept under pressure to do their jobs properly. Bribery must also result in prison sentences. I think we need to see a few people locked up for this in the near future if this corruption is to be halted.

Well, I hope this improves driving conditions and reduces deaths. I have my doubts police will stop accepting bribes. Allowing this is a shameful act as police tend to hide in areas where drivers make honest mistakes rather than accident black spots.

Lets see how this is implemented before any congratulations...

I'm not sure I've ever heard of pedestrians being punished for walking accross a street using a mobile. Anybody?
