You completely ignore China's contribution and America's babble about political issues and avoiding points of law which ICJ is concerned with.
I dont know what to believe. Are the albanians in Kosovo misled, are their leaders lying to them or do they believe their media. 1. Eulex is working under resolution 1244, thats a fact. Otherwise Eulex could not be in Kosovo. 2. ICJ is going to make a statement in a couple of months about the legality about independence or not. This will have a huge impact on more recognitions or total stalling. 3. Ask any member of Eulex if they are working under 1244. This is what they are teached in the first weeks of training when they stat in Eulex. And 1244 means that the dispute has not been settled yet in UNSC. In other words, if you like it or not, Eulex are working in a province called Kosovo in south Serbia. I dont care if you agree with me but this is the fact right now.

On a different note, I loved Jordan's speech at ICJ. It was passionate, factual and logical. I also read Russian speech, and I just couldn't understand how someone talks about Territorial Integrity of a state while violating it with both feet in case of Georgia. I mind you, ICJ judges are also people not some algorithms. They can see through these kind of flaws.

this made to sound as if this was an initiative undertaken by Serbia, but you have to go no further than reading Bogdanovic's statements to know thats not true. So when Serbia "accepted the arrival of Eulex" then eulex was already on the ground without Serbias consent. That would have remained so regardless of whether Serbia "accepted" it or not. So this statement is an insult to Serbs intelligence as bogdanovic is simply trying to take credit for an imposition that was made to his country. This is nothing but trying to turn negative occurances into positive ones for local consumption with the idea of staying in powet. This method of taking credit for achiecements made by others seems to be a normal occurance in serbian politics. Another such example is during the last Security Council report on Kosovo, Jeremic took full credit for the return of the members of the serb community into the KPS when that merely was a response to the ultimatum set by KPS, where anyone not returning by the set deadline would be fired. The scary part here is that th Serb electorate gives a blind eye to this destructive policy and allow their leasers to do or say anything when dealing with Kosovo even at the expense of their leaders credibility abroad. This kind if policy will have long term effects as being witnessed in the ICJ this week, where pro-idependence testifiers are quoting non other than Serbia for its flip-flopping, position changing policies during the break up of Yugoslavia.
