I think that the funniest thing about this topic -- a topic which on its own is not funny at all -- is that I read passionate personal arguments that call this investigation pure propaganda, yet it is generally many of the same characters that claim outright guilt without trial for the opposite team's charged villains. I hear many people, prior to any court hearing claiming that Karadzic is guilty. Yet these same people ask of everyone else things like "where is the proof of the yellow house", "it's impossible to harvest organs like that", and many more such statements. The implied notion that such an investigation isn't even worth following through on suggests a very twisted bias towards lack of transparency. It is also these same characters that continually blow the horn of democracy and freedoms and exposing truths, just as long as it’s not in their own backyards. Shameful is all that can be said.
It is at times comical to read the armchair judiciary on this site, but it is also very tiring to read the same mind-bogglingly childish opinions.
If there wasn't any wrong doing then there will be nothing to find. If there is, then it should be exposed.
However, the fundamental problem seems to be that the citizens seem to take on the personality of the government, or imply the reverse specifically. Just because a Serbian government is 'bad' (define bad as you wish), that does not mean that its people are 'bad'. The same would apply to Kosovo's Albanian population. If their leadership did awful things then it does not specifically imply that all Albanians took part, or would agree with such behavior. It is barbaric to behave 'badly', but to hide the truth from surfacing, to deny the truth a chance to speak is equally barbaric.

Del Ponte / Dick Marty a win win combination, I have no doubts that my compatriotes will uncover the truth... whatever the truth is, they have cracked harder bones before and it's certainly not a few not headed nationalist that will refrain them do so.

We albanians know that this fairytale is only propaganda so Serbia can say that all sides commited crimes. We the albanians and the West knows who commited crimes in the Balkans between 1991-1999. Just go to Haag and see who lives there is an eazy way to know. There is no proof about about this story and who knows who invented it.

Evidence is coming soon enough. Pity so much of it is probably lost forever but the truth will not be hidden. Obviously someone forgot to erase all of it.

If there wasn't any wrong doing then there will be nothing to find. If there is, then it should be exposed.
However, the fundamental problem seems to be that the citizens seem to take on the personality of the government, or imply the reverse specifically. Just because a Serbian government is 'bad' (define bad as you wish), that does not mean that its people are 'bad'. The same would apply to Kosovo's Albanian population. If their leadership did awful things then it does not specifically imply that all Albanians took part, or would agree with such behavior. It is barbaric to behave 'badly', but to hide the truth from surfacing, to deny the truth a chance to speak is equally barbaric.

While an investigation would not be harmful if there is nothing there like you say, but the question is how many times does it have to be investigated? Everytime it has been investigated there has never been any credible evidence to support it. But you notice every few months this prosecutor says new evidence has been uncovered. Anonymous sources and anonymous witnesses. Then he says that someone is very interested in it but you never hear anyone acknowledge what he says.
