Yes Tom, but why would such a statute be proposed or even passed if there was no reason for it. Could it be that the people of Vojvodina know something you do not.

vojvodina is and always will be serbia so this statute means nothing pretty much and for voting it goes from the people so since it is 75% Serbs they have to go through them anyway.

Same goes for k-serbs that they have to go through k-albanians since the make up over 90% of total population.

Serbian-Hungarians are vying for secession here. Hungarian-Serbs should learn by example.

its a province like in my province in Canada and provinces in germany and provinces in many countries but you dont realise is that 75% is Serbian and the other populations are decreasing with age and moving are simply dying out from old age. so there could be nothing done unless the people speak and majority rules which are serbs.
