The 2010 budget draft has arrived to the state parliament. MPs are scheduled to debate the draft starting next week.

Some lawful steps should have preceded the adoption of the 2010 budget. Government overruled the audit and financial records for the year 2008. There are no internal audits presented to the MPs. Such goverment’s conduct makes us assume the high-profile and senior officials are apt to bend the rules,which is supposed to be a fraud. Those guys have to be prosecuted.
