That's good brotherly love. Russia needs to lend Serbia more. 200mn USD is nothing, they need to start sending a couple billions of EUR.

For drug dealers and organ smugglers, indeed not much... for decent people indeed a lot, so choose on which side you want to be!!

htf, bases would be more likely than ever to be built in the 1990s than today. On top of that, the evil that you speak of is no doubt the socialists - and it just so happens that they are in power. On top of that in the 1990s the government had a vision for a strong independent serbia. We were strong. Then we got bombed, and the west funded the opposition to undemocratically come to power. What has happened since then were unfulfilled promises, with much corruption. Serbia today does not produce much at all asides from some arms and some food. We are in serious trouble and I would not get my hopes up about any loans - it's just curing the symptoms without actually addressing the causes of the problems.

"Interfax reminds that Belgrade asked Moscow for a loan worth EUR 1bn, planning to use part of the funds for covering the budget deficit —which the International Monetary Fund insists it does —and to use the rest for infrastructure projects. "

So why are they getting only a fifth of the original amount? and will it be enough to cover the budget deficit?

Thank you brother! Unconditional true support from a real friend. When we have rooted out the last remnant of the evils of the 90´s, in the western imposed "government", i also hope for some bases to be buildt.

I guess this credit is a small step in the right direction. As well as a new Serbian restaurant opened in Moscow. Each of us can tribute to such developments to strengthen both of us and to make us ever closer.
