Once more this ICJ case is clarifying Serbia's legal right to its Sovreignity over its southern Province everyday the biggest boost is from the poorly constructed legal arguments put forth by those who are entangled in their own web of deceit. Those who continue to act against international law by illegally recognising and yet come to give their reasons are only providing Serbia with ever more evidence against such ilegality - Bulgaria had little beyond suggesting because 1244 didnt mention UDI it didnt preclude it.

One really wonders how Bulgaria caught itself in such a entanglement of illegality - I can comprehend now fully why the EU commisssion is still ticking off Bulgaria with regards its judicial system - seems like the defense for any illegal action is easily countered in a Bulgarian court with " well it wasn't stated anywhere in the shop/bank/business etc... that I couldn't steal from them so it didnt mean I couldn't" - what a defence ! LOL!!!

There are some old Bulgarian sayings which come to mind;

У старо село нов закон не бива.
A new law in an old village won't do.

Който копае гроб другиму, сам пада в него. - He who digs someone else’s grave, falls in it by himself.

Кажи ми какви са приятелите ти, за да ти кажа какъв си ти. - Tell me who your friends are, so I can tell you who you are.

На лъжата краката са къси. - A lie's legs are short it won't get far before is shown as a lie.

Oh what a tangled web we weave....
