Now am confused, are you living in Serbia or in Holland? If you are in Holland (like I remember), then I don't understand your poing, if you are in Serbia, then forget mine...

Well, let me tell you, after that two years none of them will be back in Serbia!

I am pretty sure, this is a disaster for Kosovo as well. I don't think the French were vigilant about where the bearer of the passport does live. It's not about "general" tourists and the numbers aren't high.

On the other side, it is actually just half as bad. These people are mobile and the "quality" of the passport does not matter. They move at will. Even during the "Communist" time such people from Hungary or Soviet Union moved at will... and settled, be it to Australia or to USA. If you have certain achievements, you will find the way.

In this case at least they will remain in Europe and there is a good chance, they will actually return later. Moving to USA or Canada is at this moment MUCH easier than to Europe and who is stuck there, rarely will go back.

I am pleased that the French have decided to take on a more leading role. And in time it will all pay off not only for those Serbs who have are being given this opportunity but also because one day France will benefit from intelligent, bright and talented people who can only contribute to the well being of the whole country.

This is the last what Serbia needed from "visa liberalisation".

So every year up to 500 of our intelligent minds will be welcomed to study in France, continue their post-graduation and have up to two years working permit to work in France?

Never ever heard that any country does its very best to get rid off their greatest resources, its intelligent minds and people.
