I hope he is wearing knee pads because the cobble stones are a bit hard on the knees. Anyway what he has to offer is tantamount to capitulation to the Serbs so the Bosniaks and Croats will not accept it at all. Then again Dodik may turn around and ask the impossible which would give him the trigger for a referendum.
